Unlock Possibilities - David Sproules, Managing Director, Empower Financial Fitness Gallery

Calling David a community man is quite an understatement.

Apart from currently being the president of the Skipton Golf Club, head coach for the NORTH Ballarat Cricket Club's Melbourne All Abilities Cricket Association and board member for Ballarat City FC as well as  Ballarat Connected Communities, David also founded Unlock Possibilities - an initiative to help groups or individuals unlock what's possible for them.  

He attributes his eagerness to help from his parents who were always very involved in the community.
