According to the City of Ballarat, over 80% of industry respondents expressed that an airline service into Ballarat Airport would benefit their business. 

Ballarat is one of the few localities in Australia not serviced by an airline. 

A strong focus on air transport in the Western region of Victoria will boost local industries and economic growth.
