Membership Seasonal Breakfast 24th March 2022 Gallery

Thursday morning the Rotary Club of Ballarat membership committee presented our first Seasonal Breakfast series event at Johnny Alloo's.

This series aims to promote and strengthen community leadership, Rotary membership, and volunteer participation with a focus of attracting younger male and female members to Rotary and leadership, with a specific focus on balanced representation.

Samantha McIntosh and Wes McKnight welcomed the attendees with Roland Rocchicciioli as the inaugural guest speaker, discussing successful women in leadership roles.

He reflected on their individual and successful styles and highlighted many similar traits and effective pathways.

The feedback from attendants has been supportive with great interest placed for the next Winter, Spring and Summer presentations.
