Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Gallery

In April RCOB sent 19 year old Chloe Kinnane to the 2024 camp near the Otways.

The leadership camp, which is open to 18 - 30 year olds, conducts a range of activities like workshops, team building exercises, and outdoor activities to hone the leadership skills of the participants.

According to Chloe, the experience was life changing, especially since she is normally a quiet person and prefers to stick to things she's familiar with.

Some of the activities took her out of her comfort zone which she found empowering and helped build her confidence.
