Donald Mace, GM - Itinerant Spirits Gallery

The club had an off site meeting at the Itinerant Spirits, a venue which is also a distillery producing Vodka, whisky and gin located at the Goods Shed just by the Ballarat train station. 

According to Donald, who has extensive experience in the wine and beer industry - the brand is big on embracing the western Victorian theme by ensuring that ingredients in their spirits are sourced from Ballarat and its surrounding areas, like Joe White Maltings for example. 

Barely a year old, the business aims to distribute their locally produced spirits nationally with a vision of becoming Australia's best spirits journey.
